Wentz has a smooth shooting stroke from beyond the arc and consistently connected from deep throughout the event. His length is another asset, as he uses his long arms to contest and alter shots defensively, making life difficult for opposing scorers around the basket and on the perimeter. Wentz also showed good instincts on the defensive end, using his reach to disrupt passing lanes and challenge shots without fouling. The next step in his development will be adding strength to his frame, which should help him finish through contact, hold his ground defensively, and become an even more complete two-way player.
