Lange might not being a super impressive athlete or jump out at you with his long-range shooting skill. But what he does do well is help his team record victories by making game-winning plays. A versatile wing prospect, Lange has helped Wausau West to a 14-5 record and second-place standing in the Wisconsin Valley Conference. His strong all-around play includes averaging 12.9 points, 4.9 rebounds and 4.1 assists. He’s also one of the better defenders on the Wausau West squad as he is averaging nearly two steals per contest. Coach Nate Lemmens knows he can count on Lange to give him all-out effort and fill the stat sheet on a nightly basis.

In a hard-fought win over Hopson Elite , Lange impressed me in a variety of ways. For starters, his steal with a couple seconds left sealed the deal for his team. I also liked that the ball didn’t stick to his hands, making quick decisions on the ball and swinging it to his open teammates. The defense also threw lots of pressure on him and Lange did a nice job of protecting the basketball. Combine that with some efficient shooting from the perimeter and Lange had an overall solid performance to help his team win.
