Gavin Weddington made a strong case as one of the more talented forward prospects at the East CP3 National Middle School Combine, displaying an advanced all-around game that created significant problems for opposing defenders. Weddington was impressive with his ability to influence possessions in multiple ways, using his versatile skill set to establish advantages and consistently produce positive results. His overall effectiveness made him a difficult matchup, as defenders had to account for several different aspects of his game rather than focus on limiting one particular strength.
