Garrett is a long, athletic wing whose tools showed up at both ends. He scored on face-up jumpers in the mid-post and used his athleticism to finish around the basket and in transition. His three-ball is streaky, so the next step is making that part of his package more dependable. There is an intriguing foundation with Garrett as he has ways to score inside the arc while contributing defensively. Continued shooting development and more consistent decisions on the catch will help turn his tools into a clearer, repeatable part of his game he can rely on bringing every night.

Garrett is an early-development watch. A freshman who can score, rebound, and create his own shot.  He is worth tracking as his shot creation has his coaching staff excited about the upcoming season.
