After leading Mill Creek Middle to an undefeated season and the first conference championship in the program’s history shortly after, Obregon is looking to carry that same poise into his freshman year. He’s a skilled lefty with the ability to score at every level. The shot making off the catch is highly impressive, along with his pull up mid-range jumper.

He never is sped up and remains composed under pressure. Obregon moves extremely well without the ball, runs the floor hard in transition, and impacts the game defensively by guarding multiple positions. He can alter numerous shots at the rim when he’s not blocking shots and can hold his own switching onto smaller guards on the perimeter. His blend of size, skill, and two-way versatility makes him a strong long-term prospect in the 828.
