He possesses good fundamental defense that allows him to guard all positions 1 through 5. Madrigal also runs his lane well in transition that opens either opportunities for him to score or for him to dish to teammates that have good looks at the basket. I was also impressed with Gabriel’s awareness in the half court setting on both sides of the ball.
