Expert Analysis
Devin Ugland | Prep Hoops Scout
Forbes stamped his high school arrival with a handful of impressive performances that showed his potential as one of the best shooters in high school basketball regardless of class. The freshman has the ultimate green light anchored by the trust of his teammates to find him for open looks early and often. Forbes has good positional size at 6-feet-4 and flashed his “in the gym” range both off the catch and with movement. Forbes shoots logo threes like he would a free throw and his tight, fundamental shooting mechanics, combined with his balance, lent to his consistency as a shooter.
