A do it all player. Excellent vision and outstanding passer of the ball. Scores with an assortment of pull up jumpers and fade aways. Has a nice off of one leg in the lane jumper. Very good footwork.

34. Frankie jumps from #39 to 34. Had 40 point games this past season. Handles the ball with confidence. Outstanding shooter from beyond the arc but also can beat his man off the dribble. Teams keyed on him this past season and he was still able to score the ball. He is a scoring guard who also as the ability and vision to get his teammates involved.

Frankie is a bucket machine. Seven times this past season he had more than 20 points. Including going for 39 in one game. He has an excellent handle. A crafty player. Possesses a willingness to get his teammates involved and at the same time knows when he needs to score. A playmaker who is an excellent decision maker. Unlimited range. He can create space with a crossover dribble leading into a step back three. Also possesses a side step jumper. A player to watch.

Frankie is the best player in Nassau to miss the playoffs not only because of his scoring prowess (18 ppg ,52 threes) he’s the best player not in the playoffs because of his whole talented game. A flat out scoring point guard. He uses his quickness to get into the lane. He draws fouls vs his opponent because of his quickness and toughness. Has an excellent skill set.

First time we saw Frankie was at a summer event outdoors. He was entering his freshman year. He showed a promising point guard skill set. Now 2 years later he has blossomed into a point guard with not only an excellent feel for the position but is a scoring point guard. Able to get off his own shot. Outstanding shooter. Still possesses the pump fake into a pull up jumper in the lane. Frankie also uses this to draw fouls.
