I’ve seen his development and progress; what’s important for him this season, as he continues to grow, is to understand and value each possession of a game with more energy, poise, and under-control delivery. Concentrate on the details to improve in areas that will help your team win games; sometimes it can be fitness level, shot selection, etc. As he does this, he will continuously move up the ranks.
