Saroya’s frontcourt mate on Erie Prep’s post-grad team, we similarly hadn’t had a chance to evaluate him until the season started, thus a good bit after our last update. Similarly to his teammate, he impressed with his two-way versatility as a modern forward. He shows natural passing ability from all over the floor while posing a mismatch as a scorer with his ability to take slower bigs off the bounce or punish smaller defenders in the post. The flashes of shooting potential are just a bonus. A post-grad from Santa Margarita Catholic (CA) originally from Nigeria, Anyiam-Osigwe has established himself quickly as a clearcut scholarship-level forward.

Despite the loss, Anyiam-Osigwe made his presence felt throughout with an alluring blend of activity, athleticism, and versatility up front. A native of Nigeria and a post-grad by way of California, the rangy forward showed a diverse skillset, standing out particularly as a high-IQ passer from a variety of spots on the floor. He guarded a variety of positions while also showing comfort attacking slower forwards off the bounce and taking smaller matchups down into the post. While he didn’t convert from long range, he did flash a fluid stroke with signs of touch to develop moving forward. A 4.0 student, Anyiam-Osigwe should draw intrigue from a wide variety of programs across levels over the course of the winter.
