Expert Analysis
Tom Keller | Prep Hoops Scout
Kelly makes his mark on the game as a scorer finding different ways to but the ball in the bucket. He moves well when playing off the basketball and comes off pin-down screens for scoring chances. Kelly also attacked closeouts by getting downhill and touching the paint. He shows some flashes with his in-between game. If you give Kelly an inch he will take a mile. He has the ability to accumulate points in bunches.
