-An athletic wing prospect that dominated a late-week matchup with Team OPS, Gassaway showed his value as a slasher with a flurry of blow-by’s and transition rim runs that ended with two hands above the rim. A valuable piece for VA Elite off the bench as a wing that can swing games at both ends of the floor with his energy– the skill work is beginning to show through on pull-up jumpers at the elbow and C+S threes from the wings. An intriguing name to track in 2025 with a Georgetown Prep team that will have a larger role to fill this year on the perimeter.
