Has an extremely high motor and is a vocal presence on the court, which his teammates were feeding off of. Plays bigger than his listed height at both ends of the court. Offensively he muscles his way from the perimeter into the paint and finishes hard through contact, converting on multiple and-ones. Not just a straight-line downhill threat either, since he will throw in spin moves to get separation and work his way inside. Even proved to be a solid shooter, hitting a dribble pull-up three. Just as impressive defensively, getting vertical and going straight up on blocks, and forcing tie-ups on a loose balls.

Duke Suggs is an Arizona prospect that I hadn’t seen before, but he truly brings a lot to the table, especially with his size and frame. On offense, he attacks the basket with speed and can get to the cup in just a stride or two. His wingspan also helps him play above the rim, and he had a nice two-handed flush after getting through the lane in one of his games. On defense, Suggs is tough to get around, and his athleticism helps him cover ground in the blink of an eye.
