When I watched Krzesowiak earlier this season, I remember being impressed with his perimeter D, so I kept a close eye on it. The young man can defend chin to chin. Krzesowiak can really make ball handlers uncomfortable. Don’t worry, he’s still a shooter too, as he buried a couple in this game. One with a hand in face. Huron has an elite combination of shooters with Krzesowiak and Keefer.

Krzesowiak is such a well rounded talent. He has a solid frame and knows how and when to utilize it. Krzesowiak is an excellent shooter in a half court set, but he can also push the pace and play high percentage transition basketball.

Krzesowiak has all the tools. He has excellent positional size and strength that creates instant mismatches. He used these intangibles like a well schooled veteran on the defensive end against Saline. Krzesowiak can shoot the ball, we know that. But against Saline it was his ability to create transition opportunities with his D and finish it on the other end.

Don’t look now, but Huron will be adding an elite SG to a loaded backcourt. He has nice positional size and strength and is a tremendous shooter that’s willing to work hard off the ball.

Krzesowiak has had some really solid games lately and could be a nice matchup with DeHaan. If he can get on the glass in this game, it will be huge. Krzesowiak is a solid rebounder off the perimeter and can limit opponents possessions. He’s an efficient scorer with a high basketball IQ.

Krzesowiak is an exciting young player. I really liked the poise that he played with. He really seems to just get it, feeling the flow of the game and making good decisions with the basketball. Krzesowiak finished the game with 16 points and 5 assists. He definitely didn’t need to be shot or ball heavy to make his impact on the game. He’s a high level prospect that could make a lot of noise in the state before it’s all said and done.
