Withers is a prospect who has already stood out to me at the fall league with his ball handling, quickness and point guard qualities. He once again found ways to make plays off the dribble thanks to his ability to break down the defense off the dribble and create paint touches for either himself to score or collapse the defense and find a teammate. Look for Withers to make some noise this winter for Xenia as they look to build around their upperclassmen core.

A teammate with Caudill during the high school season, Withers and Caudill have great chemistry from playing together so often and they are a dynamic duo together in the Midwest fall league. Withers had some blow by moves at the point of attack as the defense found it difficult to stay in front of him. Withers gets low with the ball in his hands and did a nice job mixing up whether he looked to score or assist when he drove to the basket. Withers was one of my favorite players to watch due to his on ball ability off the dribble.

The last standout from team 2, Withers knocked down set shots on the perimeter and had a nice scoop layup in the first 5 on 5 game of the day. Playing with a bunch of taller players on his team, Withers spaced the floor and used his speed to help push the pace.
