A powerful finisher, Ugoagbala was highly effective around the basket as would-be defenders regularly bounced off him. The 6-foot-6 forward embraces physicality and set several hard screens to free his guards. With a plus wingspan and high motor, Ugoagbala also provides more value as a rim protector than his size might suggest.

A new name to the Scanlan roster this season- the sophomore forward is wasting little time making an impact. He is a good rebounder and great finisher around the basket, giving Scanlan some depth and balance in the process. If the Bronx program is going to make a charge up the standings, expect the sophomore big to have a hand in things.
