Maybe the best pure athlete in the 3A playoffs, Farmer is a Portland State football commit who does a little bit of everything on the hardwood. His athleticism allows him to impact games on the glass & defensive end of the floor, while also being skilled enough to be a threat to score. His all around play for Cascade Christian in their match up with a rapidly improving Santiam Christian team.

He is a key guy in making sure BDH gets out in transition and capitalizing on easy bucket opportunities. It’s been a common theme all year long, but Farmer continues to beat guys down the court and did it a handful of times on Friday night. He’s a strong finisher who utilizes the euro well when he does have to work through traffic, and really has that strong base that allows him to stay balanced through all kinds of finishes.

Farmer is a physical player that played from the guard spot and the wings this weekend. He put constant pressure on defenses in transition and was one of the stronger finishers at the hoop through contact. He’s a smart player that also found some rhythm from behind the arc, took on defensive challenges, and was a key guy for the top team in group A.

Farmer has impressive physicality for a kid his age but yesterday it was all about him knocking down shots from outside, and many times being the first kid down the floor to catch defenses napping for quick hitting buckets. He is a tireless performer who is always ready for the next challenge and is a big part of what makes BDH Elite go.
