About Deric

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’m a versatile, three-level scorer who can play both on and off the ball. Whether I’m stretching the floor as a shooter, attacking the rim, or finding the open man, I focus on making the most efficient play for the team.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I don't exactly have mamba mentality but I am dedicated to getting better everyday I work on my craft how to get past defenders how to make them nervous when I'm guarding them all of it.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

no.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I've learned how to be patient when I get the ball in a game cause when I get the ball I get excited and that causes me to do something dumb but I've learned from that.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

well currently we are working on our home situation we lost our house and this basketball season was the worst my coach was biased he put players that I'm better in more than me and I put in more work than most of the guys on my team I leave it all on the floor and that's why the only highlights I have is a street ball 1v1 cause he barely played me.

What type of college are you looking for?

a college that will offer me a scholarship and see the potential in me.
