WHY? North has an embarrassment of riches when it comes to athletes, therefore, Schilling gets overlooked at times. Do not forget about David, he is long, rangy, and bouncy. He can make splashy plays by running the floor like a deer, dunking, slamming, alley-oop finishes, putbacks, blocks, and sky-high boards. Shilling has made leaps and bounds this offseason with his confidence and mindset. His 3-point shot has looked much better this summer as well. What does Shilling’s defense look like and how is his skill level?

He was a role player for the State Champion Spartans. David came on strong later in the season and I was impressed with his game. Shilling might be a role player but he can make splashy above-the-rim SLAMs. I have also seen a few showtime blocked shots from David. Shilling will be a great compliment to the rest of the talented Spartans. Look out for North once again!
