We may not have made it to overtime without Connor (and the scorebook’s missed free throw). When Staphylaris was injected into the game in the fourth quarter, he completely swung momentum, part of a 17-5 run that actually put Kell ahead 61-59 with 2:33 to play. The sharpshooter drained a pair of threes and scored 8 points in the frame, all while providing harassing defense in the press.
