Rademacher has been hard at work this spring. He’s shown a comfortability with being a primary ball handler and being responsible for advancing through pressure. Rademacher has shown that he can be a true lead guard that both initiates the offense and goes and gets buckets. He’s a 2 way guard as well that will accept the challenge of guard the top perimeter threat on the other team.

Collin is ultra-aggressive, finding his way into gaps you didn’t even know were there. Whether going off one or two feet, Rademacher is a balanced finisher, staying composed through traffic. Along with his slashing ability, he’s also a capable three-point shooter, never hesitant to let it fly from beyond the arc.

It’s crazy that TCC has not one, but two, above-average shooters who were able to play on varsity as freshmen. Complementing Mclean nicely, Collin is more of a pure point-guard. It is obvious he is a coaches’ kid, a very high basketball-IQ player. When his team was up late in the 4th quarter, Rademacher did a nice job against the opponents pressing and trapping. At one point, he weaved through 4 defenders before finally finding an open teammate for the game-clinching layup.
