Vanderhaag was very impressive on Saturday. To start off, I was very impressed with his ability to shoot the ball. He hit a triple off the bounce and also hit a contested 3 pointer. Vanderhaag was also able to create space in traffic, get off a mid range jumper and hit it. He did a nice job off the ball as well, showing the ability to set a solid screen on the perimeter.

Vanderhaag is a talented prospect that deserves to have some eyes on his game. He had a solid grassroots season and probably deserved more press for it. Vanderhaag can attack of the bounce while utilizing both hands while doing so. He’s shown body control and creativity when finishing around the rim.
