Semple will be fun to watch at the Freshman Showcase in Grand Rapids. He’s a high energy player and a leader. Other teammates can and will play with his vigor. Semple can rip through and get a step on his defender. He can get downhill and finish or he can pull up for a free throw line jumper.

Semple has a solid physical straight line drive and can use a spin move off of it to create space. He can finish with strength at the rim, going through defenders.
