Simon uses his reach well on the defensive end, altering shots and showing great timing when challenging attempts at the rim. He fills the lane hard in transition and gets rewarded with high-percentage scoring opportunities. I like how he plays above the rim and provides a vertical threat in the offense. In the half-court, he is effective rolling to the basket and capitalizing on openings. Give him an inch and he’ll take a mile. Simon is also a threat to score without the ball in his hands, using his movement and instincts to excel as a backdoor cutter.
