Carlos Rodriguez is a crafty ball handler and consistent shooter from long range. #28. Carlos Is a flat out scorer of the ball. Three level scorer. A dynamic player. Really high skillset. Carlos has good size and he can play either guard spot at a high level. He also distributes the ball at a high level, leading his team in assists and scoring. He has active hands, getting them in for deflections leading to steals.
