We have seen games where Brewer completely takes over inside. He is very physical and has the ability to punish opponents that can’t match his strength level. Admittedly, Wednesday night wasn’t a game that he took over, Franklin was doing most of the scoring from the perimeter, but Brewer still had a major impact for George Washington. The senior forward is one to watch and will give the Continentals a solid inside-outside punch.

Brewer was a big part of George Washington being very competitive with Mt. Vernon (Fortville) for a half. He may be a bit undersized around the basket, but he is very strong and physical which makes up for some lack of height. The rising senior finished consistently in the post, made strong moves to his left shoulder, and rebounded everything in his area. Look for him to have another very good year for the Continentals.
