Bucket getter. He got downhill with in-and-outs while shifting gears and attacking his defender’s top foot, consistently creating angles to the basket. Extraordinary athlete with good body control, pop, and burst, leaving his feet effortlessly even through traffic while taking off from distance. His takeoff speed was tough to contain, creating multiple possessions where he blew by defenders with his first step and lengthy strides that got him to the rim in just two or three bounces. Good playmaking ability, a true offensive engine who could control the game as both a scorer and facilitator. Unselfish with the ball, willing to give up a good shot for a great one, allowing the defense to react before threading passes to cutters or shooters.
