There was no shortage of defensive energy from Calvin Romeus at the East CP3 National Middle School Combine, as he made a habit of getting his hands involved and creating problems for opposing players. Romeus had an aggressive mentality that translated into disruptive possessions, consistently looking to knock the basketball loose, interfere with passes and prevent opponents from operating comfortably. His activity level was difficult to overlook, especially with how frequently he inserted himself into defensive sequences. Romeus played with toughness and purpose, making his ability to generate defensive activity one of the strongest aspects of his overall performance.
