Current Ranking: 76
Olson is listed as a point guard on the Glenwood City roster and, at 6-foot-7, that presents some serious issues for opponents. Olson has the height, length and court vision to see over defenders and deliver assists to his teammates. He is averaging 4.6 assists per game to go along with 16.4 ppg and 6.6 rpg while helping the Hilltoppers to a 5-4 record. Olson’s best basketball is ahead of him as he continues to fill out his lanky frame, and with a guard’s skillset and with his size, his future at Bethel University in St. Paul looks very bright.

Upside, Upside, Upside. Few, if any, players in Wisconsin’s 2026 class have more upside than Olson. At 6-foot-7, Olson can handle the ball like a point guard, score with his size near the basket, and guard wings and baseline players. He’ll need to get stronger for the college game like most high school players, but his potential is unlimited due to his combination of size and skill. Olson averaged 18.0 points, made 38 three-point baskets, snared 8.3 rpg and also had dished out 6.2 apg as a junior. Impressive stats for an impressive player.

A fluid athlete who can snare a rebound off the rim and then utilize his impressive ball-handling skills to bring the ball down the court, Olson didn’t score at a high level in Border Select’s narrow loss to Minnesota Splash. But he flashed some very impressive intangibles throughout the contest. At 6-foot-7, Olson spent a good deal of time playing away from the basket and attacking off the dribble. He moves very well both laterally and in getting up and down the floor. And he has three-point range to go along with his ability to attack the hoop off the bounce. Olson makes the extra pass, has a very good feel for the game and was one of the more versatile players in the gym on Friday at Battle at the Lakes.
