Dean was one of those players who simply made winning plays every time he stepped on the floor for Team Daum. His understanding of spacing was outstanding, constantly putting himself in positions to make an impact without forcing the action. He brought a physical, competitive edge on the defensive end and never backed down from a challenge. Offensively Dean showed a complete scoring package, knocking down shots from deep, creating in the mid range and finishing strong at the rim. His pace, toughness and feel for the game make him a player whose future is incredibly exciting, and it feels like he’s only beginning to scratch the surface of what he can become
