With Luke Skaljac off to Miami (OH) it is now Ganley’s team as the Brecksville Bees look to remain one of the top teams in northeast Ohio. A wing guard who can knock down shots off the catch, attack closeouts and bring toughness on both ends. I’m excited to see what Ganley can do as the lead option and based on what I saw in the month of June, Brecksville will still be a tough out for their conference rivals.

Having an excellent spring with Wildcat Select, Ganley has continued his momentum with Brecksville. Having to be the guy now that Luke Skaljac has graduated, Ganley is getting good reps as the primary creator. The Bees have some other talent around Ganley with 2026 prospects like

. I’ve been impressed with the athletic leap Ganley has taken this summer, looking more explosive in transition. Able to score it from the perimeter with his 3-point shooting ability and quick dribble drive attacks. Expect Brecksville to remain in the hurt for the conference title with Ganley leading the charge as a senior.

Having a strong spring for Wildcat Select 3SSB, Ganley has had some big scoring games at the 3SSB level. Able to knock down shots off the catch and attack closeouts, Ganley provides a valuable role offensively as a low usage option next to other mid to high major recruits. Showing the ability to play next to other talented players is key and Ganley has shown that at both the high school and grassroots level. Also improving as an athlete, Ganley has shown open court explosiveness to finish above the rim. Already holding one offer from Slippery Rock, expect more schools to come calling about Ganley before the summer is over.

I was impressed with what Ganley showed me on Wednesday night as Brecksville got a comfortable win over NC Hoover to advance to the district finals. Ganley showed the ability to attack a closeout and knock down pull-up mid-range jumpers. The free throw line area of the court was a spot where Ganley looked comfortable rising up and knocking down shots from. With

fighting foul trouble in the second half, the Ganley led offense continued to keep pace with the Vikings and once Skaljac returned to the game the door was closed on any potential comeback. Defensively, I thought the zone that Brecksville threw at Hoover was a smart idea. They didn’t let Hoover run their sets and Ganley and Skaljac got their hands on a handful of passes that resulted in deflections or steals. A solid win for Brecksville as they look to win a district title with a solid core around a star in Skaljac.

running the show, there will be plenty of scoring chances for his supporting cast this winter. In steps Ganley who had some moments as a Sophomore scoring the ball efficiently but is primed for a breakout this winter. He had a strong summer with OBC’s 16 U group as he became more confident creating for himself and improving as an athlete. Expect Ganley to play a key role for the Bees as they look to make a deep playoff run this winter.

Ganley was highly impressive at the Run N Slam and really boosted his stock with a 22-point outing against Shining Star Price’s 16 U squad. Knocking down shots from the perimeter that were set up by his guards, that’s going to be a similar role as what he’ll play with Brecksville as a secondary scoring option on the perimeter. I was also impressed by his ability to finish in a variety of ways at the rim with a floater, two-foot finish and a lefty one foot finish in that game. Defensively he also started to take some steps with active hands and even taking a charge. Expect a bigger role for Ganley as a Junior with the Bees as they once again look to contend for conference and district titles.

Brecksville took their first loss of the season but I was impressed with the impact Ganley had for a sophomore guard. Knocking down an open 3-pointer and grabbing an offensive rebound and put-back, Ganley proved he was ready to contribute with the bright lights on. Brecksville does a great job getting the ball into their best players hands and letting him make the game easier for the rest of the team and Ganley is one of the guys who benefits from the presence that
