Up from No. 76: A torn ACL will cost Kemp his junior season but when healthy, Bradley is one of the tougher covers in the state with his ability to score inside and out. He’s a very good shooter with three-point range. He can score on turnaround jumpers out of the post and has reliable back-to-the-basket moves. Bradley is a threat to put the ball on the floor. Kemp is a solid shot blocker as well.

Colleges will want to start following the high academic inside-out forward. Kemp is flying under the radar but to no fault of his own. He’s a highly skilled combo-forward with a knockdown jumper that extends to the three-point line. Bradley is physical when scoring on the low block and is a reliable rebounder. He can catch opponents off guard with how agile he is. Kemp averaged 16 points, 7 rebounds, 1 assist, 1.1 steals and 1.2 blocks while shooting 36% from three.
