One of the more impactful new additions to the 2027 rankings has been Santos at Grandview. He’s stepped into a big role for the Greyhounds on both ends, acting as one of their top scorers, playmakers, and bringing them some size and effectiveness in the paint. He has the skill to play out of different spots, doesn’t often try to do too much, and really can stuff the stat sheet with his all-around play.

Did a little bit of everything again for the Hounds. Dropped in some threes, showed good touch on shorter shots over defenders, tipped and corralled a couple of steals in passing lanes, big boards on both ends, and even showed good poise and enough skill to handle the rock under some pressure and traps late in the game.

One of the better performers on the day, Santos plays a big part for Grandview with his size, strength, and ability to play out of different spots. It’s been clear through the early part of the season that he can be a key scorer/playmaker around the paint, but he’s also able to stretch the floor, and even was able to split defenders with crafty moves from the perimeter a couple of times. Also came up with big rebounds and made some key defensive plays, finishing with 17 points.
