Long is a player that probably deserves more press. He’s an underrated all around athlete that can finish above the rim with 2 hands. Long has a well rounded game. He scores with consistency, but can also distribute on the offensive end. Defensively, he has a nose for the ball and has picked up steals in bunches before.

Long is a prospect with a really nice upside that could see his name and recruitment take off at an event like this. He’s shown that he can get buckets and hit his jumper with consistency. Long is also a solid 2 way player that can force turnovers with his in your face defense.

Long is a very intriguing prospect that coaches and scouts will want to see in Grand Rapids. He showed us in high school season that his game can hit stride and he can put up points in bunches. I know he had a 30 plus point game in the state playoffs last season. I think he can do it against elite competition at the Top 250 as well.

Long certainly did go crazy in the quarterfinals. Vassar came out on top in a competitive 64-59 win. He absolutely went off, blazing the nets for 33 total points on the night. Vassar is tough to stop when Long gets in a groove.
