Downing is a long, athletic wing player who can stretch the floor at times, but was really impressive at the showcase for his contributions on the glass. At 6-foot-6, and with his athleticism, he’s got the ability to make an impact in a lot of ways, and the one that really stood out on Sunday was his aggression and desire to hit the boards. He did it on both ends, and racked up a handful of second chance points all on his own with some great put backs and tip-ins.
