Wood was the lone representative at this year’s Prep Hoops Alabama Top 250 Expo representing the Cougars of Clay-Chalkville. Prior to the Cougars, he played at a 5A school in Ramsay that had a 26-7 record last season en route to a semifinal berth in the state tournament. The 5-foot-10 standout has participated in his travel basketball with Bama Celtics.
