Ring continues to flash significant long-term upside every time he steps on the floor. The rising junior possesses intriguing size, mobility, and coordination for a developing frontcourt prospect. He moves comfortably in space, protects the rim with his length, and has shown encouraging touch stepping away from the basket to knock down open jumpers. Defensively, he alters shots without needing to leave his feet unnecessarily, while offensively he continues becoming more confident finishing around the rim. As Ring adds strength and continues polishing his overall game, he has the foundation to become one of the more intriguing frontcourt prospects in Florida’s 2028 class.

While still very much a work in progress, the sophomore big man showed flashes of intriguing long-term potential this season. He is a lean, fairly mobile forward/center who moves well for his size and has the skill to step out and knock down open jump shots. Defensively, he can alter shots around the rim and impact the game with his length. With continued physical development and refinement of his skill set, there is considerable upside to monitor moving forward.
