A prospect I caught on the Prep Hoops Circuit this summer, Wilson continued to show the ability to score the ball efficiently. Started the first game with a euro step floater finish and then started getting hot from 3-point range. With a quick release and confidence to fire from a few feet behind the line off the catch, Wilson had a big scoring morning. His soft touch also was shown when he found the dead spot in the rim to have his 3-point shot fall right into the net from the back rim. Finally, he once again showed how he uses the threat of his shot to drive with a right to left crossover which led to a scoop layup.

Wilson was a big-time shooter who hit three 3’s in the first half alone. He also had a couple transition finishes with his dominant right hand at the rim. When the game got close late, Wilson hit a big time corner 3-pointer with just under seven minutes to play to put his team back up double digits. Capped the game off with an impressive drive and dish. Midwest Basketball Club Creamer 16 U had a lot of shooters and Wilson stood out with his perimeter shooting ability.
