Vanderpool, a guard out of Taconic High School in Massachusetts, provided a spark for the Berkshire Reign during the afternoon games. The 5’9″ guard changes the pace of the game when he’s on the floor, hunting paint touches off the bounce and showing good vision as a passer out of ball screens. He did a good job of pitching the ball up the floor in transition, had the ability to make open shots from behind the arc, and delivered his passes on time and on target to shooters. Defensively, he sat in a stance and competed at the point of attack, showing the ability to keep opponents out of the paint and away from their scoring spots.
