About Amari

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a fast, versatile player with a defense first mentality. I am confident when guarding many different positions on defense, applying pressure on ball, knowing my place, and making impactful plays on defense.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I have a “Team first” mentality. I tend to have a strong impact on my team uplifting everyone, communicating, and bringing good energy. I am motivated and always encouraging others to stay locked in, I am the heart of a team.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am apart of a club actually. I’m apart of Rising sunz LLC 15u

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Strong team player and a leader who communicates, motivates, and brings positive energy while leading by example.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

One challenge I have faced is earning consistent playing time. Everyday I think of my playing time and it motivates me to get better everyday and step up to get the playing time I earned.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for an HBCU college.
