He got onto my radar as a basketball prospect playing for Nova Village’s 2025 group as a rebounder and physical presence in the paint. Whatever sport Reese chooses to play at the next level, he has the physical talent to be a difference maker.

Reese had a great Sophomore season with Martins Ferry and has played well with Nova’s 16 U group this spring. A dual sport athlete, Reese also stands out on the gridiron and has competed at multiple prospect camps this summer including West Virginia, Pitt and Ohio State. It’s not surprising after seeing the success he has on the football field when you look at Reese physically. This strong forward has a high motor and is developing as a shooter and passer. I expect Reese to continue to be one of the most productive forwards in eastern Ohio next season.
