Like the consistency Badyrka plays with whenever I see him. He isn’t the best prospect on his team but always finds ways to chip in a handful of points, make winning plays, or play with an assertive motor. Badyrka connected on a pair of three pointers. He also showed that he can go coast to coast in transition.

He’s active in the passing lanes, making plays on the defensive end and turning those opportunities into points on offense. He shows nice touch around the bucket and has the ability to finish through traffic. Though he falls in between positions, he uses that to his advantage with versatility on both ends of the floor. He finds teammates for quality scoring looks and consistently stuffs the stat sheet with his all-around production. An aggressive motor fuels his impact, allowing him to influence the game in multiple ways.

In mid-May Badyrka was named as a standout performer at the Spring Jam Fest, after he averaged 16 points per game and buried 26 triples across that tournament. Then this past weekend, at the ZXGL Lehigh Valley Showdown, Badyrka’s long range shooting helped push NEPA Elite 16U HGSL to a 4-0 record. Badyrka can bury threes of every kind. He is especially effective shooting treys out of pick-n-pop action as well as in transition. His non-stop off ball movements and quick trigger make him extremely difficult to guard on the perimeter. Badyrka’s solid instincts tell him when to cut back door for easy buckets. Plus, Badyrka owns enough dribble moves to create off the bounce for himself and teammates.

Across four contests at the Spring Jam Fest, this three-point sniper averaged 16 points per game and drained 26 triples. Badyrka’s ability to hit transition as well as trail threes was especially impressive. He does a tremendous job of running to an open spot and the getting his feet quickly for a shot. When defenders over played him top-side, Badyrka executed well timed cuts /dives to the hoop for lay-ins. Badyrka converted through fouls on several of those plays. He also flashed the handles and court vision to work as a primary ball handler.

Badyrka play made a lot of nose showcasing his ability to score a bucket in a blink of an eye in many different ways. He scored from behind the arc on several occasions. He also muscled his way to different spots on the attack. He scored around the bucket. He is stuck in-between a few different positions but doesn’t let that hold him back. He is very productive with his play. Badyrka does a good job of moving the ball.
