T.J. Rushing
Since joining the Prep Hoops Network in April of 2014, TJ has anchored coverage in Iowa and has established himself as an expert in all things high school hoops related -- particularly individual prospect evaluation. He attends dozens of high school games throughout the fall and winter; and during spring and summer weekends, he’s in a gym working more often than not. In addition to providing thorough high school hoops coverage in his home state of Iowa, TJ has assisted in publishing Recruiting Reports in several other states, including; Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Ohio and Washington. Prior to joining the Prep Hoops Network, TJ worked as a high school sports reporter at KCCI-TV, and has been a freelance reporter since graduating with a degree in journalism from Iowa State in 2008. His work has been published by ESPN.com, The Des Moines Register, The Mercury News, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and many other publications around the country.
