Spencer Pulliam | Prep Hoops Scout
Spencer Pulliam is a veteran grassroots basketball scout, evaluator, and writer with more than 20 years of experience. Since 2005, he has earned a reputation for accurately identifying and projecting emerging talent, providing in-depth player evaluations, and delivering national event coverage. Spencer joined Prep Network in 2020, and helped launch Prep Hoops Next, serving as its founding director. Today, he continues to contribute as a scout and writer while supporting the growth and development of the next generation of basketball players across the country.
