I’m the Co-Founder and General Manager of Shield 219, a professional alumni team that competed in The Basketball Tournament , where I handled recruiting, operations, partnerships, and logistics. I also worked as the Graduate Assistant Director of Basketball Operations for Valparaiso University Men’s Basketball, where I supported practice, film, recruiting, scouting, and game-day operations. My approach to scouting goes beyond stats. I focus on how players compete, impact winning, and project to the next level.
