Peterson was unstoppable tonight and had answer for every time Desert Mountain tried to make a run to change the momentum of the game. He shot 11 of 17 from the floor which is good for 65 percent shooting from the floor. He was also 6 of 9 from behind the arc and most of those 3’s seems to come at such pivotal points in the game. Either it was to stop a run by Desert Mountain or to extend the lead and keep NDP at an arms length away from the Wolves. Is one of the top shooting guards in the state of Arizona. Standing at 6 feet tall, he gets his shot off quick and it is accurate. He averaged 15 points a game last year and most those came from behind the arc. He is also creative and has a nice floater and mid range game if the defense leaves that open.
