Trinity Christian Junior Guard Cam Oates Cam Oates 5'10" | PG New Life Christian | 2023 State NC : He’s proven he’s legit time and time again so it’s only right that he’s makes his way on to the target list of college coaches . He stepped into a much larger role for TCS this season and didn’t have much of an issue being productive. Scoring ability, speed and facilitating are all things he brings to the table.
Riverside-Williamston Junior Wing Avion Pinner Avion Pinner 6'9" | PF Concord Academy | 2023 State NC : It’s a head scratcher that he hasn’t picked up more interest at this point. He has plenty of the attributes that you look for in a D1 prospect which includes: size, skill, upside & coach-ability. Last season he put up 20 Points & 12 Rebounds a night so don’t be shocked to see these numbers or better next year.
Eastern Guilford Senior Guard Kadyn Dawkins Kadyn Dawkins 5'9" | CG Eastern Guilford | 2021 State NC : Time and time again we have watched him play at a very high level, including some big time games during the state playoffs. Don’t let his 5’8 height fool you, he’s the type of player that doesn’t back down from any challenge and can score the ball at a very high level.
Pender HS Junior Wing Jakwon Moore Jakwon Moore 6'5" | SF New Life Christian | 2023 State NC : With Pender losing Jajuan Carr Jajuan Carr 6'2" | PG Pender | 2020 State #324 Nation NC to graduation, Jakwon Moore Jakwon Moore 6'5" | SF New Life Christian | 2023 State NC will be next up in line to take over and we feel he is more than capable to do so. At 6’4 with a nice blend of athleticism, toughness and scoring ability, it’s only a matter of time before college coaches are hitting him up.
Westover HS Senior Guard Darius Jewell: If there was a “Scottie Pippen” Award, he would be one of the top candidates as he was one of the most underrated players all season long. There were countless occasions throughout the year where he stepped up for his squad and put up big numbers offensively. His height my be the reason that colleges haven’t jumped on board but he’s definitely a tough player that produces.
