2021 Rising Seniors

<p> The class of 2021 is filled with smooth and highlight film players. Coming off a year where the big 10 and mid majors came calling. This coming class will look to add on the momentum, that has been building the last couple of years on Long Island. </p> <p> <strong>JORDAN RIELLY.    6”2.   SR (2021).   BRENTWOOD H S</strong></p> <p>A high school highlight film. When he has the ball in his hands or near him, anything spectacular can happen.  He is a slasher who can elevate over taller players. The ability to power you and finish at the rim. Has a long wingspan that helps with challenging shots. Really worked on his shooting last summer and it showed. A freak athlete.  Jordan is the real deal. At the Suffolk county  playoffs many college programs were there to watch. Kansas was very visible. They had to be impressed with Jordan,coming down with a blocked shot in the air. Leading the fast break that ended with a monstrous dunk.  Selected to the first team all state.</p> <p><strong>JACK GARSIDE.  6”2.   SR (2021).   KINGS PARK H S</strong></p> <p>Coach wants the ball in Jack’s hands at crunch time. He will make the right play. Either for himself or a teammate. This pass first lanky guard does everything well. Can get to rim but also has a nice pull up game. Also can step out and drill the 3 ball.  Will have a lot of college interest this coming season.</p> <p><strong>PAT HEALY     6”1    SR (2021)    NORTHPORT H S</strong></p> <p>High motor and energy at all times. Exceptional mid range game. Tremendous ball handler who can get off his own shot. Athletic combo guard who can finish at the rim or hit the three. Has a lot of college interest.</p> <p><strong>MALACHI COLEMAN   6”2.   SR (2021)    BAYSHORE H S</strong></p> <p>This lefty is a incredible athlete.  Explosive first step. Sees the floor really well. His ball handling gets him to the rim. Excellent mid range game elbow to elbow. Has mastered the head fake to get off his own shots. Very quick on the second jump. A player to watch. College programs should start checking in.</p> <p><strong>MICHAEL WARREN  Jr.    5”10    SR (2021)     MALVERNE  H S</strong></p> <p>Michael was on my top 7 players report of Class B. He is a big talent at a small school. But don’t let his school size sway you. He is as talented as they come . Very smooth . A lefty that can either catch and shoot or get his own. A slick sneaky driver to the basket.  The NYSSWA selected him a  Class B, fourth team all state. Will be a sought after player.</p> <p><strong>AHMAD CROWELL     6”4.   SR (2021)    MANHASSET  H S</strong></p> <p>Can do a lot of things. Very good ballhandler. Tremendous court vision. Can grab the rebound in traffic. Talented passer. Can shoot the three . Crafty player. Hes a player that does everything well. Still improving with still untapped potential. A player that at the end of the game has filled up each stat column.
