The Class of 2021 has arrived and is known around New York. This is no surprise when looking at the talent in the grade. Here are the top players at each position in the junior class.

Point Guards

[player_tooltip player_id="773429" first="Jaylen" last="Murray"] | Putnam Science: Murray is not the biggest guard on the floor but chances are he is the best. Murray is a pure scorer at all three levels thanks to his speed and quickness. He is lightning fast with or without the ball in his hands. Murray has many offers from top level schools including Texas Tech, Seton Hall, and Dayton.

[player_tooltip player_id="945515" first="Khalil" last="Brantley"] | Boys & Girls: Brantley has a bright future ahead of him. He is a dynamic scorer on the floor. Brantley can score in bunches for Boys & Girls. He put 40 points on South Shore back in December. Brantley is being heavily scouted by the Big East and has offers from Seton Hall and Creighton.

Shooting Guards

Jayson McGhee | New Rochelle: McGhee is an athletic guard who plays on the wing and can score in an instant. McGhee features a strong jump shot along with strength in the lane when he drives to the basket.

[player_tooltip player_id="945522" first="Zaire" last="Wells"] | South Shore: Wells is a freak athlete. The 6’4 guard can play multiple positions on the floor because of his size, length, and versatility. Wells is one of the best leapers in the class which helps in the rebounding game.

Small Forwards

[player_tooltip player_id="773402" first="AJ" last="Griffin"] | Stepinac: This is no surprise given that Griffin is ranked 10th in the Class of 2021 by ESPN and No. 1 in New York. The 6’6 forward will look to be the next big thing at Duke. He is a player who can succeed in the ACC and well beyond.

[player_tooltip player_id="945518" first="Tahron" last="Allen"] | BK Collegiate: This is the strongest position in the class led by Griffin and followed by Allen. He is going to see his stock rise tremendously this season and he will rack up some high level offers. The 6’4 forward can also be seen playing on the wing or bringing the ball up to initiate the offense. He is as versatile as they come.

Power Forwards

[player_tooltip player_id="945516" first="Malcolm" last="Chimezie"] | Stepinac: With the duo of Griffin and Chimezie, Stepinac will be a tough team to take down next season. At 6’7, Chimezie is a player to watch because of his size and quick feet on the post. He has strong hands when going up for a rebound as well.

[player_tooltip player_id="945517" first="Shemani" last="Fuller"] | Cardinal Hayes: Fuller is a big bodied forward down low who can win battles using strength. The 6’9 forward has a soft touch around the rim and is a dominant rebounder on both ends. Fuller has offers from UMass and St. Bonaventure, among others.

Centers

[player_tooltip player_id="945548" first="Franck" last="Kepnang"] | Wesstown School: Kepnang is a Pennsylvania product but plays in New York now. The 6’10 center is normally the most dominant player on the floor. He currently has 20 big time offers from schools like Kansas, Auburn, Maryland, Ohio State, Syracuse, Stanford, and UCLA.

[player_tooltip player_id="945549" first="Xavier" last="Ryan"] | Boys & Girls: Ryan handles the work down low for Boys & Girls on both ends of the floor. He is a big man with great instincts and reactions. He knows where the ball is going to be at all times and this makes him a talented rebounder and defender.
