Top senior guards in Ohio

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Here are the top senior guards in the state of Ohio. </span></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><b>[player_tooltip player_id="535155" first="Luke" last="Frazier"] (Lake Catholic High School):</b></span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Frazier is first and foremost, a great offensive player. He can score at all three levels and finish through contact, and his best attribute is probably his passing. The 6’4 combo guard sees the entire court and is clearly the best passer in his class. Frazier is heading to Dayton, as he turned down offers from Akron, Cleveland State, Ohio, Toledo, and others. If he continues to grow, Frazier will have an opportunity to become a go-to scorer. </span></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><b>[player_tooltip player_id="711895" first="Grant" last="Huffman"] (St. Edward High School):</b></span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Huffman is the #3 ranked player in Ohio, one spot behind Frazier. The 6’5 guard is extremely patient on the offensive end, and he seeks out contact and finishes through defenders with ease. He’s also a very physical defender and gets a lot of deflections on the perimeter. Huffman committed to Davidson, over Duquesne, Miami (OH), and Xavier. He needs to add more moves on offense but Huffman has a ton of potential. </span></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><b>[player_tooltip player_id="588887" first="Josiah" last="Fulcher"] (Lima Senior High School):</b></span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Fulcher, a 6’2 shooting guard, is the fifth ranked player in the state and is arguably the best outside shooter of the bunch. He has kind of a slow release on his jumper but also has deep range and can create space with a nice step back. He has the potential to be an elite 3-point shooter at the next level as he committed to Bowling Green. Fulcher also had an offer from Kent State. </span></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><b>[player_tooltip player_id="711894" first="Garvin" last="Clarke"] (Cleveland Heights High School):</b></span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Clarke is the #7 ranked player in Ohio and has announced his decision to attend Akron next year. He also had interest from Kent State and Youngstown State. The best way to describe the 6’0 point guard is quick. He pushes the ball instantly in transition and has a great first step when attacking the rim. Clarke, who weighs 175 pounds, is also a good defender as he has quick hands and picks up a lot of steals.</span></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><b>[player_tooltip player_id="588895" first="Max" last="Land"] (Moeller High School):</b></span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Land is 6’4 and 180 pounds, and has committed to Saint Francis (PA). He makes the right decisions consistently on offense and he’s going to be a lefty combo guard at the next level. The 6’4 guard also has unexpected bounce. Land is the sixth ranked player in the state. Despite being just behind guys like Huffman and Fulcher, I think Land has the  chance to be just as good. He does need to improve his outside shooting though. </span></p>
